It's modest hotel with particularly nice river views and pretty friendly staff. A shopping area, particularly good location adjacent to bars and restaurants and river and tombs and bars and restaurants.

Perfectly clean room with balcony, had an excellent stay. There was a lot of excellent meals.

A standard twin room with a particularly nice view especially at sunset, I had requested this in advance.

The property's location was marvellous, close to the river. Thoroughly enjoyed a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, I would definitely return here.

The food provided was brilliant! The unit we got was impeccably clean with tea, a double bed, as example.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They fixed the toilet immediately when it wasn't working, and they were always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel was very clean, thanks to the two excellent cleaning ladies. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. We particularly loved the terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfast and soaked up the sun while watching the sunset. The price was also very budget-friendly. the hotel provided a great experience for us with its helpful staff, cleanliness, and great location.

Little and pretty venue, fab location next to Turkey for over twenty years last 14 in dalyan, the river and restaurants and shops.

Lovely little and stunningly beautiful hotel with nice view especially at sunset. Fab location as only 5 minutes to Lycian Rock Tombs. Found in the shopping area really close to the river & town centre and Turkey for over twenty years last 14. Lovely beds in our standard twin room.

Location is absolutely perfect and lovely.

The hotel is modest, everything is perfect. The staff are very helpful and amazingly nice, managed the parking nearby. The units were nicely decorated with balcony. Overall brilliant food, plus there is Mustang Bar close by.

We had a very good time here and would stay here again. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Lycian Rock Tombs. We both enjoyed the food, it was excellent and had plenty of options.

Located in the heart of town, Dalyan Terrace Hotel offers a convenient and picturesque setting. Situated directly across from the ancient tombs, guests can enjoy a stunning terrace view of the river, rushes, and hills beyond. The rooms are cozy and clean, with quaint decor and comfortable beds. The bathroom features good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful service throughout the stay. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace is freshly made, offering a delicious start to the day.

Parking can be a challenge as there is no designated parking area.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right by the river and in the center of everything. We had a great view of the historical sites and tombs from the idyllic roof terrace. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection, including delicious fresh fruit.

The internet connection was a bit tricky to set up as the name was not listed in the settings, although the password was clearly posted. the pool at the front of the property was quite small.
